Employment Policy

The College adheres to all State and National Industrial Relations laws and standards as they are applied and updated. Conditions of employment are contained in the College’s engagement contracts. The College endeavours to keep abreast of all changes through notifications from the Fair Work Commission and by utilising its membership to various bodies such as the NSW Business Chamber.
