Enrolment Withdrawal Policy

Please note: From 7th June 2024, any enrolment purchased at a discounted price will be subject to a transfer fee if you wish to transfer to a different class.

Class cancellation

If the College cancels a class for any reason, students are entitled to either a transfer to the next scheduled class dates or a full refund of their course fees.

Enrolment withdrawal

If a student chooses to withdraw their enrolment in a class, the following policy applies:

  • If a student withdraws less than 5 business days prior to the start of the class, they may transfer to the next scheduled class dates but will be charged a $50 transfer of enrolment fee. No refunds can be applied.
  • If a student withdraws more than 5 business days prior to the start of the class, they may transfer to the next scheduled class dates at no cost or choose to receive a refund, in the case of a refund students will be charged a $50 withdrawal fee.
  • If a student withdraws after the class begins, they are not entitled to any transfer or refund.
  • If a student withdraws from a course after materials have been purchased, they will be charged for the cost of the materials. Please note that material costs may vary depending on the course.

Enrolment transfer

  • In cases where a student is unable to attend a class due to short-term illness or injury, they may transfer to the equivalent sessions on the next scheduled dates for this course provided the course is not full.
  • Students will be charged a $25 transfer of enrolment fee to make this change and students must provide evidence of their illness or injury to be eligible for this transfer.
  • In cases where a student is unable to attend part of a course due to short-term illness or injury, they may transfer to the equivalent sessions on the next scheduled dates for this course provided the course is not full.
  • Students will be charged a $25 transfer of enrolment fee to make this change and students must provide evidence of their illness or injury to be eligible for this transfer.
