Enjoy two mornings every week with like-minded people and a very motivated coach to help you achieve your fitness goals.

If you prefer a more gentle exercise, you could try our Pilates or Yoga classes. The classes place emphasis on stabilising the spine and building flexibility, strength and coordination.

Sydney Community College is a not-for-profit education provider, with almost three decades experience in Continuing and Adult Education. Our high quality Fitness programmes are easily more affordable and flexible than TAFE and other fitness centre in Sydney.
