This is a course for those who have practised Tai Chi in the past and want to progress to the next level, including a wider range of movements and postures for better body coordination and balance.

Tai Chi combines soft, slow and firm movements to engage the body and mind to restore the balance of Yin Yang and Qi (life) energy to increase strength and energy, which will help improve your health and well being.

Course outcomes

This “Tai Chi Extension Class” will help you to:
