Course description

This is a course for those who have practised Tai Chi in the past and want to progress to a the next level, including: a wider range of movements and postures for better body co-ordination and balance.

Tai Chi combines soft, slow and firm movements to engage the body and mind to restore the balance of Yin Yang and Qi (life) energy in order to increase strength and energy, which will help improve your health and well being.

  • improve spine, neck and work-induced posture problems
  • aid in weight loss
  • aid in improving asthma
  • headaches and migraine pressure
  • increase wisdom
  • nourish the blood, energy and spirit; to name a few.
