Chop, cook and taste your way round the world as you learn about some of the great cuisines here in Sydney. Be part of a hands-on, practical learning experience in a small group. You can immerse yourself in the flavours of the cuisine as you help to prepare dishes, gain new techniques and the confidence to expand your repertoire further.

Our evening and weekend short cooking courses are held in commercial teaching kitchens – with all the space, tools and ingredients you need to watch a demo and don the apron for a quality hands-on learning experience.

As a not-for-profit education provider with 30 years experience in adult education, we offer high quality courses, workshops and studios to help you gain new knowledge and skills you can put into practice right away.
