You can then use these simple techniques at home, creating a social environment in your kitchen where loved ones can come together to create and eat a delicious handmade meal.
You'll have a tactile and mindful experience with like-minded food enthusiasts, experiencing the simple pleasure of transforming everyday ingredients into a delicious bowl of food.

What will be covered in this Handmade Pasta Masterclass?
During the workshop, participants will work with techniques and ideas such as:
- A brief history of pasta
- Choosing good quality flour and eggs
- How to make the perfect pasta dough
- How to roll and rest your dough correctly
- Basic techniques for cutting pasta shapes
- Storage methods for handmade fresh pasta
- What to serve with your pasta – sauces and accompaniments
- Simple presentation ideas for an Italian-inspired meal

Who is this Handmade Pasta Masterclass for?
This class is for everyone - from novice home cooks, to budding foodies, to seasoned chefs keen to enhance their skills.
Course venue
2A Gordon Street, Rozelle NSW 2039 (corner of Gordon St & Victoria Rd on the grounds of St. Joseph's Church)
Accessibility: This class is held in an upstairs room with access via approximately 20 steps. The lift is currently out of service. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Course materials
Please bring to class:
- An apron
- A large container to take your creations home with you (approximately 31 × 21 × 5 cm). The tutor recommends using the Woolworths Armada Foil Trays with Lids.
Additional information
Please note the following:
- Wear closed-in shoes
- If you have long hair, tie it back
- Accessibility: Please note there is no level access to the room for this class. Access is via approx. 20 steps.
- Allergies: Please note that gluten flour and eggs will be used.
