Connie Ricciardone brings a lifelong love of Italian cooking and handmade pasta to her workshops, having learned traditional techniques from her Mum and Nonna while growing up in a food-loving Italian family. From fresh pasta and gnocchi to ravioli, sausage making, and classic Italian desserts, her classes celebrate the warmth, generosity, and connection at the heart of Italian cooking.
Passionate about preserving traditional methods while making them approachable for modern home cooks, Connie loves helping students discover the joy of creating beautiful food from simple ingredients. Her workshops are hands-on, welcoming, and filled with practical tips, laughter, and plenty of delicious food along the way.
