If you wish to continue then simply contact us and we will transfer you to the Drawing and Painting 8-week Introduction course where you will have to opportunity to learn an extended and more in-depth version of subjects covered in the first 4 weeks.
The aim of this course is to offer a concise and well-structured introduction to working from observation with special attention paid to developing skills in translating the 3D onto the page.
Initially, students can expect to be taught the all-important skills of analysing and drawing all sorts of shapes and angles from our studio sets (the still life) which then leads into our work with colour mixing and Acrylic paint handling.
At the end of this course, you will have practical foundational skills and approaches to drawing and painting. This gives students more confidence to work on projects at home and also to enrol in classes requiring previous experience.
