Course testimonials:

  • said: Although I already had quite a bit of amateur experience using the DSLR for video and more professional experience using a DSLR for stills, this course took me to the next level in understanding videography. His teaching and approach was excellent and attentive. He explained complicated concepts really well with examples and reinforced them on the way. I will be able to use this experience directly to enhance the quality of the videos I do for work in my capacity as a communications professional when I do not have the budget for a professional.

  • said: The course provided an excellent introduction to DSLR videography. It covered essential theory, how to operate a DSLR camera in manual mode and there was a significant amount of time spent shooting footage. Leo was an excellent tutor and took the time to make sure each of us understood all aspects of the course.

  • said: It was amazing to learn from a working industry professional, who's patient teaching manner and significant depth of knowledge and experience made the learning process easy, fun and a joy to be a part of.

  • said: I learnt photography class before but I finding that if you want to make videos, you have to take this course so you can understand how the same camera settings can apply differently in the context of film making.

  • said: It was practical very hands on. Got to use lights, sound eqt and did "shoots" which I enjoyed very much.
