Course testimonials:

  • said: Leo was brilliant! The classes was a great mix of practical and theory and he presented everything in a really clear and simple way for those of us who aren't instinctively technical. Leo is very knowledgable about all aspects of production and I learnt so much. I feel really confident trouble shooting with my camera and excited to keep learning and creating.

  • said: I learnt photography class before but I finding that if you want to make videos, you have to take this course so you can understand how the same camera settings can apply differently in the context of film making.

  • said: The course is great for people who have never done videography before or who already have some experience, Leo is a great teacher and kept the class engaged the whole way through. I have no hesitations in recommending the course to future students

  • said: Although I already had quite a bit of amateur experience using the DSLR for video and more professional experience using a DSLR for stills, this course took me to the next level in understanding videography. His teaching and approach was excellent and attentive. He explained complicated concepts really well with examples and reinforced them on the way. I will be able to use this experience directly to enhance the quality of the videos I do for work in my capacity as a communications professional when I do not have the budget for a professional.

  • said: The course provided an excellent introduction to DSLR videography. It covered essential theory, how to operate a DSLR camera in manual mode and there was a significant amount of time spent shooting footage. Leo was an excellent tutor and took the time to make sure each of us understood all aspects of the course.
