Learn Procreate Course Level 2: Traditional Painting Techniques

What you'll learn

Learn how to use Procreate with our Graphic Design Courses in Sydney!

Unleash your creativity by turning your iPad into a digital art studio. With Procreate, you have the ability to spontaneously draw or paint directly on your iPad using its default brushes and shape and editing tools in combination with the Apple Pencil and gesture controls. You can also import your existing hand-drawn sketches or photographs and transform them into digital artworks. Learn how to export your digital creations using file formats appropriate for specific end uses and then share with the world!

In this intermediate-level course, students will take their Procreate foundation skills to a new level by creating their own artworks digitally which will replicate the look of traditional painting in a range of styles. These will include oil, gouache and watercolours. The course provides the opportunity to experiment with different traditional painting techniques. By doing so they will gain confidence by seeing the professional results that can be achieved with this app. The course also shows students ways to adapt traditional methods and make them their own.
