Get creative these school holidays with a fun, family-friendly jewellery making workshop in Sydney. This 2.5-hour hands-on class invites parents and children to enrol side by side and make colourful custom jewellery and collectables using UV resin.

You’ll discover how to create playful charms in shapes like gummy bears, flowers, stars, and more. Experiment with techniques using mica powder, ink, stainless steel elements, glass beads, and pearls to add colour, shimmer, and personality to your pieces. Whether you’d like to make a charm bracelet, pendant, pair of earrings, or even a glow-in-the-dark initial key chain, there will be something for everybody.

With plenty of resin moulds and jewellery settings to choose from, this class is all about sparking creativity and having fun. You can even make matching friendship bracelets with your child or craft a handmade gift for someone special.

Guided by our experienced tutor Jess, you’ll be supported through each step of the design and construction process, including any fiddly parts. At the end of the workshop, you’ll take home your own unique jewellery piece and enjoy a memorable, colourful, and resource-packed creative session together.

Course content

During this workshop you will:

• Learn how to work safely with UV resin.
• Use moulds to create a variety of resin charms such as gummy bears, flowers, stars, and initials.
• Apply decorative techniques with mica powder, ink, glass beads, pearls, and stainless steel elements.
• Experiment with different jewellery settings to make a bracelet, pendant, key chain, or earrings.
• Assemble your charms into a finished jewellery piece.
• Take home your own custom jewellery or handmade gift.

This course is a family friendly class recommended for kids 8+

Please note that this workshop involves resin, so masks and gloves may be required at times.
