My achievements -
I have had many good reviews of my restaurant in Greece, in travel guides such as Lonely Planet, Frommer’s, and Let’s Go. I also had an article in Gourmet Traveller about my off-season cooking school in Greece.
My teaching style -
I like to make my classes both fun and informative, as cooking should be fun. The classes are very hands-on, with lots of cooking tips and information on the style of eating, as well as humourous stories from my life in Greece. I try to give easy recipes, for busy people in a busy world, but they are recipes suitable for home or a party.

I’m writing a book on my life on a Greek island.
