Experience
Gabiann is a highly experienced script- and story-writing consultant and lecturer. Besides working as a tutor at SCC, she teaches screen arts and business at AFTRS (masters program), and likewise for the graduate program at JMC Academy. Gabiann has numerous broadcast credits in Australian television and film, having worked in this domain as a writer, story developer and script editor. She is currently lecturing at the AFTRS.
Achievements
Gabiann's crowning achievements include:
- Winner International Script-SPECtacular award - Best original Pilot (2006), Best of the Best Award (2006)
- Winner - White Raven's Award (Germany) for writing a book of international importance
- For more than 15 years, ran a successful business in writing and story development
- Broadcast credits include Channel Nine's Twisted series.
