My teaching style -
I enjoy the transfer of information and experience that comes from teaching, and the sense of achievement students get once they have completed the course.
I hope the students will feel a sense of satisfaction from learning a new skill, and achieving the course objectives.
I usually like to begin each session with a theoretical component so that students are then equipped with the knowledge they need to complete the practical component that follows. I often end a session with a theoretical recap of objectives and any questions or issues that may have arisen out of the practical session.
Something unique or unusual that people might not know about me -
I began my working life as a travel consultant, organising peoples' domestic holidays.
