Experience
Silvia Sotto has more than 15 years' teaching experience, including roles as a Spanish lecturer, lecturer of Legal Interpreting, and lecturer of Hispanic Cultural Studies at the University of Western Sydney (UWS). She’s also worked as a language consultant at the UWS Language of Export Research Centre. Her experience extends to being a language trainer for the Sydney Olympic Committee.
Silvia has taught Spanish, and other subjects, at various high schools. She has been a Spanish tutor at Sydney Community College since 2004.
Something Unique
Silvia is confident her students will have a relaxing experience learning with a native Spanish speaker. Her classes involve teaching students the pronunciation and lexical differences between various Spanish-speaking countries – all of which are correct – to allow each student to choose the one they would prefer to use.
