My teaching style –
I enjoy bringing a sense of lightness and humour to my facilitation whether it is Yo Chi, Meditation, Wellbeing or Reflexology courses. I get a deep feeling of satisfaction seeing my students discover their own abilities and potential. The students enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in the classes and the emphasis on working at their own level. There is plenty of variety in the subject matter (techniques, theory and practical exercises), which creates balance. It is my joy to share with others some unique and empowering practices, which in turn can bring magic into your life.
Something unique or unusual that people might not know about me –
- As child appeared on Mickey Mouse Show in Los Angeles, California.
- My 50metres backstroke swimming record still stands at Kingsgrove High School.
