Lyndel Weston

Making my her clothes from the age of 10, inspired by Lyndel's grandmother who was in the fashion industry, clothing was her passion. Initially working for herself and some small labels while she studied the “Fashion Design, Production/Retail Certificate” at East Sydney TAFE. After a few years in the fashion industry, Lyndel was introduced to the Lectra CAD system. Lyndel worked on both Lectra and Gerber CAD systems operating, inhouse training and overseeing the operation of the CAD room. Moving on to work for Lectra Systems’ Australian Subsidiary as the Applications and Training Manager (Northern Region) where she performed software demonstrations and training, wrote and developed Lectra training courses. Lyndel is passionate about Lectra and the fashion industry and is excited to share her wealth of knowledge for up and coming designers.
