Denise Tsagaris

Denise is a highly experienced trainer and consultant with more than 25 years of experience in teaching Microsoft applications from basic to advanced levels. Her qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Microsoft Certification and Certificate IV Workplace Trainer.

Denise has delivered training in Microsoft applications to numerous organisations, including government, corporate and not for profit groups. She also writes training materials such as manuals and supporting course exercises, tip sheets, PowerPoint decks and other training resources to support learning. 

Denise is passionate about lifelong learning and helping learners achieve their potential. Thanks to her many years in the workplace using and developing with Microsoft products, she is able to teach her students with real-life examples.
