Ayse Moonen
Ayse Moonen is a chef at the popular inner-west vegetarian cafe, Rubylonesome in Marrickville. Her passion for sharing knowledge about veganism (and keeping it truly tasty) has seen her deliver workshops on the Vegan Essentials, Tempeh Making, Plant-based cheeses and Yoghurts in Sydney and the Blue Mountains for over 3 years.
Ayse has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share with her students, who can expect to walk away with a heap of new skills, tips and tricks to make delicious vegan food.
