Amanda Muir
Amanda Muir owns and operates Cheriss - a brand making Kombucha and Kefir in Sydney. Previously, Amanda worked as a District Sales Manager, where she developed her experience in corporate training.
Amanda established her business after a health issue that led her to research the connection between gut health and our general wellbeing. She was interested in the role Kombucha and other fermented products can play in that.
Amanda is eager to pass on her knowledge to students in hopes that they can also gain a passion for this practice and all its benefits. Her teaching style is to deliver practical, fun and hands-on learning experiences.
