Treat Dreams
Treat Dreams, founded in 2016 as a home business by chocolatier Lis Armstrong, has grown to a team operating from a dedicated vegan commercial kitchen in Rozelle, in Sydney’s inner west. They produce a range of fine chocolates using ethically sourced and plant-based ingredients, with a commitment to creating treats that stand up to the traditional versions. Their products are taste tested by non vegans, and "if they can’t tell the difference, it goes on the menu!"
Trained by some of the best in the business, including Chef Melissa Coppell (2013 Chocolatier of the Year and 2016 Top Ten Pastry Chefs) and Chef Yves Scherrer (Le Cordon Bleu and Australian Patisserie Academy), Lis holds regular workshops to share her skills and love of all things chocolate.
