Celebrating NAIDOC Week 2024
In NAICOC Week Sydney Community College acknowledges new community partner in training, Gadhungal Marring. Together we delivered the Digital Walkabout course in accredited vocational business, financial and digital skills integrated with cultural educator Raymond Timbery's Cultural Revitalisation training. Seventeen students enrolled for the two-week course held 27 May to 7 June held on the custodial lands of the Dharawal people in Campbelltown. The Digital Walkabout course is provided fee-free through the NSW Governments Adult and Community Education Program. We are grateful to the supporters of Gadhungal Marring, West Tigers Foundation, and Hewlett-Packard whose assistance made the training happen for our students.
