Throughout the class, you'll be introduced to the fascinating world of resin as the tutor guides you step-by-step in working with resin deep pour to create stunning 3D art. Develop the skills and knowledge needed to craft beautiful resin pieces, infused with your personal touch. 

The course commences with an informative introduction to the resin medium, covering essential considerations for working with resin. Learn the art of mixing pigments to produce various decorative effects, adding depth and flair to your creations.

No prior experience is required, as we provide all the necessary materials, including moulds and resin. By the end of the workshop, you'll have a beautiful resin lamp to take home with you.

Who is this resin homewares course for?

This course is for anyone who wants to learn about using resin.

This course is not suitable for pregnant people and anyone under the age of 16 years old.

Course materials

Materials provided

We provide all the required materials, including:

• Deep pour resin
• Pigments and moulds
• P2 Respirator mask

* This workshop includes a 15cm USB wooden lamp base for you to take home and illuminate your finished resin art. The materials for your resin lamp are valued at $95.

What to bring to class

• You may prefer to bring your vapour mask, available from hardware stores. If you feel concerned about the exposure to the resin vapour, please discuss it with your GP before attending the workshop
• Apron to protect your clothes

Additional information

Please note the following:

• Please wear old closed-in shoes
• Long hair must be tied back
• Not suitable for pregnant women
• 5 days of curing time is needed for your resin to set.
