Do you find yourself constantly distracting yourself? Do you find you consistently set yourself work, only to always say you’ll “do it later”? Join this course to help yourself stop procrastinating, and become the best you that you can be.

This four-hour workshop uses neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) techniques to get to the root causes of why you procrastinate. You will also learn techniques to use at home so that you are more in control of your choices.

This workshop is four hours in length (with a short break in the middle).

Methods used

The workshop will be based on adult-learning principles and will be interactive. A series of NLP techniques will be used. Where appropriate, participants will be taught NLP techniques for use at home. NLP utilises participants beliefs, values and decisions, and so a fundamental part of the workshop will be discussing these things with participants. NLP techniques include things such as brief, guided visualisations, the use of story-telling (metaphor) and a range of other techniques.
