Participants will delve into the essentials of Classical Latin, gaining proficiency in key verbs, nouns, and adjectives through captivating narratives detailing the fortunes of Lucius Caecilius Iucundus, his wife Metella and their household shortly before the eruption of Vesuvius in AD 79.
