Young Guns Fishing Adventures

Young Guns Fishing Adventures

Young Guns Fishing Adventures is one of the most renowned fishing tuition providers in Australia.

The team at Young Guns have been teaching fishing lessons for over 20 years, to a wide range of ages and communities - from kindergarteners to Seniors groups. They believe in making fishing more inclusive, and they are passionate about teaching people with disabilities and access needs.

Young Guns firmly believe that getting out on the water to fish and connect with nature does wonders for your physical and mental health.

The Young Guns team is made up of several award-winning and sought-after anglers. Meet the instructors!:

Todd Young is an Australian fishing champion! He holds multiple world and Australian fishing records, and has consistently been rated as one of Australia's most acclaimed anglers. He is a regular writer for Fishing Monthly NSW magazine, and he has featured in books, on TV and radio.

Sean Young started fishing at the tender age of 2, and has since won a slew of awards. He is one of Australia's most impressive anglers and casters, and enjoys teaching all levels of fishing masterclasses, as well as fishing from his own kayak!

Peter McWatters caught the fishing bug since his father told him exciting stories of his Great Grandfather catching huge bream from 'putt putt boats' on the Hawkesbury River. These days, he chases his passion across continents with fishing trips to New Zealand, Fiji, and Thailand - with many more destinations on the wishlist! When he's not fishing, Peter also owns and operates his own reel and rod customisation business.
