Dave Hickey is a qualified teacher and personal trainer. His goal is to help his clients become happier, healthier, and injury free.
He encourages an holistic approach to health that includes maintaining strength and mobility, proper nutrition, minimising stress and obtaining sufficient sleep.

Dave has competed in triathlons for over 20 years, from sprint to ironman distance. He enjoys yoga, surfing, and having fun with his two primary school aged sons.
