About Christine Butler
I’ve always enjoyed being active, and keeping fit. I played numerous sports in school, was a gymnast, dancer, and was even a cheerleader back in the day! A few years ago I decided to turn that enjoyment into something more, something I could share with others. After completing Certificate III & IV in fitness in 2015, I became a part-time personal trainer. Since then I have gained certification in Thump Boxing (Level 1 & Advanced Instructor course) and Studio Pilates International Matwork Instructor.
Over the years I’ve realised just how important, and beneficial, exercise is for not only our physical health but also our mental health, and finding something you enjoy doing and have fun with is the key. Being a lover of music, movement, and making noise, POUND was the perfect fit for me. So come join me, let’s have some fun and be rockstars together!!
