Jade Aastha -Wellness Ambassador, Yogi, Body Therapist, Retreat Host, Meditation/Workshop Facilitator and Global Traveler.

Jade starting out in the health industry in 2006 practicing as a massage therapist and furthered her teaching in Yoga.
She runs workshops and facilitates retreats in Yoga, meditation, massage, energy healing and seasonal health care integrating many aspects of holistic health and well being.

Teaching has always been a natural process for Jade to inspire, grow and learn individually and to share with others the knowledge of experience through her love for the human form and the mind-body connection.

"My mission and passion is to inspire others to live life to its full potential through conscious practices, health and well being. To share and expand this interest across the globe for students of life, and by helping to join in community through intention and action."

Jade is also a practitioner of The Raindrop Technique, Reiki, Energy Healing, Teishin, Meditation and Yoga Nidra.
