Of course you can learn to meditate and be flexible with our meditation courses as part of our sports & fitness program in Sydney.

Our popular Meditation training courses have been designed for beginners through to advanced students. Learn to be more aware of your body and understand how to deal with possible injuries. Enjoy working within your body's individual limitations.

Classes operate from our own premises' dedicated studio space in Rozelle, with free parking available and only 5 minutes by bus from Town Hall Station.

As a not-for-profit education provider with 30 years of experience in adult education, we offer high-quality courses, workshops and studios to help you gain new knowledge and skills you can put into practice right away.
