Our popular Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi and Meditation training courses at Sydney Community College have been designed for beginners through to advanced students. Learn to be more aware of your body and understand how to deal with possible injuries. Enjoy working within your body’s individual limitations.

Classes operate from our own premises' dedicated studio space in Rozelle (with free parking available and only 5 minutes by bus from Town Hall Station).
As a not-for-profit education provider, with almost 3 decades experience in Adult Education, our high quality training programmes are easily more affordable and flexible than TAFE, local gyms and other continuing education Institutes.
