Learn from some of Sydney’s finest Cardio Tennis coaches. Inner city tennis coaching. Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.

It is a social and fun class for players of all ability levels taught by a tennis teaching professional. If you’ve never played tennis before it is a great way to be introduced to the sport or if you are an experienced tennis player it is a fun way to train for tennis.

**The total program is 9 weeks in duration. The first 7 weeks are lessons, whilst the last 2 weeks are reserved for make-up lessons in case of bad weather during the term. If there is no rain during the first 7 weeks of lessons, then we’ll gladly offer an extra 2 lessons during the last two weeks of term. There are no lessons on the 11th June as it’s a public holiday long weekend.
