Course description

Fitness – POUND Rockout Workout

Channel your inner rockstar with this full-body cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, torch calories and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favourite music!

Pound drumming workout with Ripstix* in Sydney. Get a full-body drumming workout combining cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements, using weighted exercise drumsticks (Ripstix*).

Course content

During these classes you’ll drum with a group, keeping your upper body constantly moving. As well as having loads of fun, you’ll exercise the entire body, activating and engaging those stabiliser muscles.

The exercises will be taught at beginner level, with modifications demonstrated for more advanced students.

This course welcomes participants of all fitness levels, ages and abilities.
