Course description

Continue to learn ceramic hand-building in Sydney among the many pottery and handcrafts courses.

Have you already completed our Hand-Building for Beginners course and think you’re just getting started? Then continue your journey and try your hand at some different building and decorating techniques!

In this course you will once again be given the opportunity to pursue your own self-elected project with your lovely teacher Louise there to help you to plan how to construct your piece(s), guide you through the processes and techniques, and to offer advice.

You will work from your knowledge previously gained to further master hand-building techniques. This includes various hand-building methods, as well as surface decoration techniques and mixing and applying glazes.

Come to class with a few ideas about you would like to make and we will discuss them in a group. The classes are a fun way to meet new people, and you get to go home with a new piece or two!
