Learn how to reduce waste in the kitchen at this practical workshop in Sydney.

Love food and hate waste, but want to know how to put it into action at your place? Join this practical 3-hr workshop to learn how you can eat healthier – and slash your weekly food budget – by adopting some simple sustainable practices in the kitchen.

You’ll learn about seasonal eating, portion sizes, menu planning and how to store and use leftovers. There’s also hands-on cooking and food prep techniques as we prepare delicious dishes using the most commonly wasted foods: bread, milk, veg and rice.

At the end of the workshop you’ll enjoy a light meal with Q&A discussion and opportunities to share tips with others.
