Course description

Learn to cook a vegetarian festive feast.

Gather your fam this festive season to enjoy a plant-based feast – with all the trimmings. It’s “no vegan left behind” as Cin Webb from Creatureless Comforts shows you how to pile your table high with everything from the party starters, through the roast to the pudding, and some nibbles in between.

On the menu
  • mini bruschetta on handmade flax crackers
  • roasted cauliflower and spiced chickpeas
  • gluten-free “Adventist loaf” roast with Besan gravy
  • a quick and fruity christmas cake
Course content
  • Introduction to some of the methods and substitutes used in vegan cooking
  • Step-by-step discussion of the recipes for the workshop
  • Demonstration and hands-on cooking (in small groups) to follow recipes

Please come prepared
  • All participants must wear closed-in shoes
  • Bring an apron – or wear clothes that you don’t mind getting messy
  • Bring food containers to take home any delicious leftovers
  • Arrive up to 15 minutes before the class start time

  • Our class size maximum is 12. If the minimum number of 8 participants is not reached, the course may be postponed, or cancelled and a refund issued.
  • Please try to be punctual. Late arrivals can cause disruptions and delays for the other participants.
  • Maker is an all-vegan commercial kitchen. Please respect their choice to use & consume only plant-based foods in this space.
