Learn how to prepare fish and seafood at this hands-on class in Sydney.

Join Seafood expert Anna Phillips to learn how easy it is to prepare a spectacular array of seafood dishes – including a variety of techniques to get you ready to take on some lively summer entertaining.

  • Mexican style fish burgers with chipotle mayonnaise
  • BBQ fillet of Ocean Trout with fragrant asian mix
  • Seafood Fideua – a wonderful Spanish recipe for baked pasta, prawns, mussels and fish

About the chef

Anna is a food consultant, stylist, recipe developer, tester, and writer. Cookbooks that Anna has worked on include Gourmet Pilgrim Italy, Spain, Germany and Mexico.
