Course description

Learn how to prepare authentic Mexican street food and desserts.

Join Wanitha Tanasinghan to explore the colourful and vibrant world of Mexican food, with a menu full of flavour and light, fresh and summery dishes. Learn the art of making your own soft fresh tortillas using a traditional tortilla press. You’ll use the tortillas to create some beautiful, flavoursome dishes and take home loads of ideas to take you through the summer BBQ season.

On the menu
  • Vegetable Quesadilla with sweet potato, semi-dried tomato and cheese
  • Tequila prawn tapas with guacamole and Pico de Gallo
  • Achiote barbecued chicken
  • Barbecued corn with chipotle mayonnaise
  • Rocket, jicama & orange salad with cayenne lime dressing
  • Oaxacan mangoes
