Course description

This beginners women’s golf program consists of six weekly sessions, with each lasting 75 minutes.

Women’s Golf Lessons Sydney

This supportive beginners course will give you the basic skills, knowledge and confidence to get you started in golf. The programme gives you an opportunity to meet other women beginners. You will learn to enjoy golf and become familiar with a golf club/venue environment. The basics of the golf swing and how to putt will be covered and practiced over a six week programme. The course will help you get your whole body moving through golf-specific conditioning and movement exercises.

You can expect a range of positive outcomes at the conclusion of the programme.

Skill development

Beginners will learn the basics of golf in a fun and social way. Outcomes include how to:

  • Take your stance and grip the club;
  • Swing and move your body like a golfer;
  • Hit the ball;
  • Putt with poise and precision;
  • Refine your aim.

The course will also help increase your range of movement and flexibility, improve upper, mid and lower body conditioning and even your cardiovascular health.
Golf is a really social sport and our course helps to create friendships on and off the course. The sessions are interactive, so you’ll get to know your fellow participants and you can expect a few laughs along the way.

Each Swing Fit session has between 6-10 participants. During any session you can expect:

  • Introduction, dynamic progressive warm up;
  • Learning and/or refreshing golf swing basics;
  • Golf-specific conditioning activities;
  • Putting activities;
  • Cool-down;
  • Debrief and refresh.
