About the presenter

Malindi Lovegrove is a co-founder of The Chocolate Yogi, an award-winning vegan chocolate brand stocked in over 800 stores nationwide. After studying at the Savour School of Chocolate and Patisserie in Melbourne, Malindi created the entire range of artisan chocolates for The Chocolate Yogi, where they stone-grind the chocolate from scratch, adapting Belgian style chocolate making techniques to vegan ingredients, in mylk, whyte and dark varieties.

As an expert in chocolate making, tempering, moulding, soft centres, pralines, truffles, inclusions (and any recipe that involves chocolate), Malindi looks forward to sharing the incredible art and alchemy of chocolate making with learners.

Malindi has been creating plant-based wholefood recipes for over a decade, and is specialist in veganising old favourites, making something new that is healthier and tastier than the original version. As she says: "I am a total foodie and do not settle for anything less than spectacular results!
