Food illustration is a unique way to learn watercolour painting techniques... where you get to paint as well as taste your compositions!

Learn how to arrange your subjects into an appealing composition, then capture the colour, precision and tasty detail, as you develop the skills to produce beautifully rendered watercolours.

And to really capture the essence of that creamy blue or crumbly cheddar, you might just have to sample your subject as well... and wash it down with a perfectly matched artisan tea!

So join this fun and practical tasty workshop to learn art techniques to compose, sketch in proportion, then use the light and tone of watercolours to create depth and detail in your food artwork. You’ll come away with a stunning and realistic food illustration plus the fundmental skills to keep practising and exploring how to capture the beauty of food in painted illustrations.
