Course description

Learn the art of spicy and vibrant Cajun cuisine at this workshop in Sydney

Cajun Cuisine evolved in the Deep South of America and is known for its heartiness and complex spicy notes.

During this 3 hour, hands-on course, you will learn how to use and blend spices that create this vibrant cuisine and then cook a full Cajun meal. Sit down to enjoy it upon completion with a tall chilled Bloody Mary.

On the Menu
  • Cajun Spice Mix- mix your own to take home
  • Gumbo with Shrimp - made using the traditional Cajun ‘Smothering’ method
  • Blackened Fish - with 8 ingredients and a smoking hot skillet
  • Cornbread with Jalapeno and Chilli …used to mop up those Gumbo juices!!
  • Green Beans with Cajun spice and toasted almonds
  • Caramelised pineapple with rum
  • Bloody Mary - Louisiana style!
