Learn how to play intermediate level tennis for women with our tennis courses in Sydney.

Wanting to take your tennis playing to the next level? This course aims to take your tennis playing beyond the beginner level. Join this class to be trained by highly-qualified, home-grown and overseas teaching professionals in a fun and active learning environment. Course outcomes

  • Participate and practice in squad-based tennis drills, games and technique progression.
  • Learn & practice advanced techniques like racquet and ball trajectory, shot disguise, hitting zones, power sources & spin variations for all tennis strokes.
  • Develop your tactical awareness and placement when rallying.
  • Participate and practice in playing singles and doubles points and games.
  • Fine-tune your footwork, movement and recovery around shot-making.

Ideal for

Women who have taken to the court a few times before and feel they are confident with the basics and are looking to take the next step up.

Other information

  • Childminding is available for your convenience at $12 per hour for each child with second child discounts available. Please email juniors@fourseasonstennis.com.au to book child-minding at least 24 hours before your class.
  • If you are worried the weather may cancel the class from going ahead, please ring 0458405441 to talk to Cato. Classes washed out will be made upon the same day and time a week later, subject to availability.
  • Attendance must be across consecutive weeks on the same day and session time each week. Once a booking has been confirmed, no-shows or cancellations void the class and no rescheduling is allowed.
  • Class sizes range from four to six players
  • Bring your own racquet if you have one, or use one of our schools' racquets for free. New tennis racquets are always available at our venues for purchase at affordable prices.
  • Wear comfortable clothing of any colour and sports or running shoes. Bring a water bottle and a hat for day time classes. If you need to change clothes the coaches on duty will direct you where you can do so. You can bring your bag onto the court.
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class start time if you are visiting us for the first time. If you have visited us before get there 5 minutes prior. When you arrive, walk through the gate and up the pathway to court number 5.
