Course description

Learn to run in Sydney with this beginners course.

It’s a sport you can do most anywhere and any time. This course will have you running around the Bay? Running classes in Sydney’s inner west.

You can already walk it, but running, now there’s a challenge! Enjoy two mornings or evenings a week on the Bay (Iron Cove) with a group of fun people and a motivating coach, learning how to gradually increase your pace. After eight weeks, you’ll be jogging or running the whole distance of over seven kilometres.

There are 2 sessions per week Tuesday and Thursday for the duration of the course. You need to be able to walk for an hour at a moderate pace to enrol in this course.
The distance around the bay is 7.2km. The course will start by walking the circuit in 1 hr 5 mins with a 10 minute stretch at the end.

If you want a fun walk/run in Sydney, then this course is for you.
