What you'll learn
Learn how to sing with our music & singing short courses in Sydney!
The Sydney Community College Contemporary Choir is a pop singing group for singers of all ages and abilities.
Join us to set free your inner Glee, as we learn to sing a range of contemporary and pop songs – with some music from the 60s, 70s, and 80s through to more recent performers such as Ed Sheeran, Katy Perry and Bruno Mars, for example.
Unlike traditional choirs - which are based in SATB (soprano, alto, tenor, bass) - this choir brings mixed voices together to sing parts which allow those with less musical experience to enjoy the full choir experience without the complexity.
This choir is an encouraging, fun and supportive way to throw your head back and sing, as you build confidence in your ability. Additionally, a community performance opportunity will be sought (yet to be confirmed).

Monica said: Enjoy the choir and Luke's tips for improving singing voice. Would like the cost to be reduced similar to the more formal choir. I don't know if this is possible but would like it considered by the college so can continue long term. Thanks
