If you like the silky texture of a fresh fettucine, you will love this cook-along class. Gather the basic ingredients and join a small group online at dinner time, as we prepare a delicious authentic Italian meal at home.

Cooking teacher and chef Antonella Floyd will guide you through making pasta from scratch (just like Nonna's). You can ask all your questions and get plenty of tips along the way as you learn how to make the dough, roll it, rest it, cut it, and cook it - with tips to achieving the perfect consistency every time. Then you'll be guided through a pasta sauce to complete your dish.
