Course description

NLP for self esteem course in Sydney.

Do you find it hard to say no to others and feel worthless at times? Do you lack confidence and wish you could stand up for yourself more often? Perhaps you are constantly having an internal fight with yourself and feeling guilty. Long-standing patterns such as these can be difficult to change despite years of trying.

However, once you know how, it becomes easy to make the change you desire. This workshop uses highly effective neuro-linguistic programming techniques to increase your confidence and feelings of self-worth. Be confident in standing up for yourself and appreciate your own value!

The workshop will be based on adult-learning principles and will be interactive. A series of NLP techniques will be used. Where appropriate, participants will be taught NLP techniques for use at home.
