Feedback from past students

"The course was life changing – for both physical and mental health benefits. Whilst I’ve been to the odd studio class, I had no idea what I was doing. (the tutor) really broke down the skills, made it accessible but also explained the theory, medical and spiritual side."

“The tutor was very understanding that the people in the class were at different levels and did their best to meet/challenge our individual needs.”

“A wonderful teacher. The pace of the course was great - you really developed an understanding of each movement/pose/technique before moving on to new ones.”

“I gave this course a '10' because I felt I learnt more than just the basics, and I felt the teacher was very dedicated to the practice of yoga, and this obviously makes the classes very fulfilling. ”

Avoid disappointment. Enrol early.
