Skill Up- Basic English and Computers

12 week short course delivering part of the following qualification:
FSK10113 Access to Vocational Pathways

This training is funded by the NSW Government and is free for eligible applicants (see below)

Course description

This course is preparing you to be ready for a caring career of your choice. Below is a description
of the units and subjects you will study:

  • Write Basic Workplace Information (FSKWTG03)
  • Engage in basic Spoken Exchanges at Work (FSKOCM02)
  • Read and Respond to Basic Workplace Information (FSKRDG04)

Cabramatta: Wednesday, 23 August, 2017 at 10 a.m. Core Office at corner of Railway Parade and McBurney Rd., Cabramatta. Please bring documentation needed to prove eligibility.

Fairfield: Thursday, 24 August 2017 at 10:00 a.m. CORE Aged and Disability Care Office at 22 Nelson Street, Fairfield. Please bring documentation needed to prove eligibility.

You can take this course if you:

  • are 15 years or older and have left school
  • live and work in NSW
  • are an Australian or New Zealand citizen; permanent resident; humanitarian visa or bridging visa holder
  • have (or are willing to get) a Unique Student Identifier
