Introduction to Customer Service

10 week short course delivering part of the following qualification:

Course description

This course is preparing you to be ready for a customer service career of your choice. Below is a description
of the units and subjects you will study:

  • Engage the Customer (SIRXCEG001
  • Contribute to Workplace Health and Safety (SIRXWHS002)
  • Work Effectively in a Service Environment (SIRXIND001)
  • Organise and Complete Daily Work Activities (BSBWOR202)
  • Use Strategies to respond to routine workplace problems (FSKLRG09 – elective Cert II) or
  • Work with Diverse People (CHCDIV001 – elective Cert III)

  • USI number (Unique Student Identifyer)

Eligibility Criteria
You can take this course if you:
• are 15 years or older and have left school
• live and work in NSW
• are an Australian or New Zealand citizen; permanent resident; humanitarian visa or bridging visa holder
• have (or are willing to get) a Unique Student Identifier
